COUNSELING GOALS
I provide Western-oriented mental health counseling services to clients throughout Thailand and worldwide. Working with an international adult and child population, my goal is to assist clients in living fuller, healthier, and more productive lives.
My approach to counseling involves creating a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where clients can identify and better understand the issues affecting them, learn new and more effective ways of thinking, feeling, and responding, and develop stronger communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Counseling sessions are available remotely, making professional support accessible to clients wherever they are located in Thailand or around the world.

More About Gerrie
Gerrie Kalaidjian is originally from the State of Florida and is a licensed U.S. Mental Health Counselor (Florida #11240). He provides professional, Western-oriented mental health counseling to clients throughout Thailand and worldwide.
Gerrie has extensive experience working with adults, teenagers, children, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Over the years, he has provided counseling to clients of many different nationalities and across a wide age range, giving him significant experience working within multicultural and international communities.
Before establishing his counseling practice in Thailand, Gerrie worked in Orlando, Florida, as a counselor for The Center for Drug Free Living, a federally, state, and locally funded organization providing a wide range of counseling services to the Orlando and Orange County communities.
A significant part of his work focused on prevention and early intervention, particularly within schools. This included identifying at-risk students and providing counseling and support to both students and their parents.
Gerrie also worked as a counselor and facilitator for Back on Track, a group counseling and educational program for students aged 12–18 who had been found using or possessing drugs or alcohol on school grounds. The program focused on assessing substance use, understanding its physical and psychological effects, and helping young people develop practical strategies for making healthier choices.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Gerrie received his Master’s degree in Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and his MBA from Boston University.
Throughout more than 20 years of experience working with adults and young people, Gerrie has developed a strong understanding of the relationship between emotional well-being, mental health, and substance-related difficulties.
His approach focuses not only on addressing immediate challenges but also on helping clients understand the underlying emotional and psychological factors that may contribute to their behaviors. Developing this understanding can be an important step toward creating meaningful, sustainable change and achieving personal goals.
Today, Gerrie provides confidential online counseling via WhatsApp Video, allowing clients to access professional support from anywhere in Thailand or worldwide.
